The leading "soft skills" interviewees need to demonstrate when going for a job include teamwork, willingness to learn - and a sense of humour. A study of 1,000 adults, who are involved with hiring in their workplace, revealed more than three-quarters are on the lookout for much more than just technical attributes when someone sits down for an interview.
