WH Smith revenue soars as covid travel restrictions are removed

WH SMITH and Premier Inn-owner Whitbread both say they are doing better than before the pandemic thanks to the removal of Covid travel restrictions. The retailer said for the 15 weeks to June 11 revenues were seven percent higher than they were for the same period pre-outbreak following a recovery at its airport and railway station stores. -»
