TECH tycoon dubbed the "British Elon Musk" has called for a new spirit of Thatcherism to help the nation in its post-covid recovery. Millionaire Martin Warner said there would be "tons of opportunities" if we followed former Tory premier Margaret Thatcher's "business first" strategy. Mr Warner, 49, who is behind a string of firms in Britain and America, wants the Government to create incentives for entrepreneurs.
