CHINA has promised swift retaliation after President Donald Trump threatened to impose a 10 percent tariff on another $200 billion of Chinese goods. Beijing’s commerce ministry has hit back at the US for applying “extreme pressure” and “blackmailing” Beijing as the two superpowers veer closer to a trade war.
