House of Fraser’s landlords are looking at hiring lawyers to challenge its restructuring plans, which they say will in inict heavy losses on them while sparing all its other creditors. House of Fraser said on Thursday it wants a company voluntary arrangement , an insolvency procedure to get troubled but viable businesses back on track, to axe 31 of its 59 stores, leading to the loss of 6,000 jobs.
