CHINA has denied bowing to pressure from the Trump administration by offering a package to slash the US trade deficit by up to $200 billion. US officials had boasted on Wednesday that trade concessions were close, but a Chinese foreign ministry spokesman hit back today that, “this rumour is not true.”
