VIRGIN Active is trialling cashless gyms, where members pay for items using their contactless credit and debit cards, according to UK managing director Robert Cook. Two of the firm’s 43 clubs in the UK are carrying out the contactless trial and Cook said: “tap and pay is the way forward.”
