ROYAL Bank of Scotland is set to complete a decade of losses on Friday, when City analysts expect it to unveil a net loss of £117.6million for 2017. That will bring cumulative losses at the taxpayer-backed bank up to £58.4billion, since it needed a £45billion bailout from the government to prevent its collapse in 2008. -»
